There was zero pressure, I took plenty of time to look and then given plenty of time to try on items and decide what to buy.

I purchased from the displays in the shop, yet know you can make custom designs. Such a range of beautiful, interesting designs and items to suit any budget and style. From simple, timeless elegance to more colourful and larger designs. Plain silver and also a great range of gemstones precious stones, and pearls.

I am so happy to have some wonderful jewellery to take home as an everlasting reminder of Vietnam.

So pleased with my purchases from Lotus! The ladies were so helpful and lovely. I purchased a pair of earrings and a pendant with a chain as gifts and then had a ring custom made. A difficult size to find in the style of ring I was looking for but the ladies helped me design and sort out the ring with speed and ease. Have been looking for a ring to fit this finger for a while and I’m so happy that I was able to do so here. Beautiful and good quality silver. Thank you so much!!

I have been going to Lotus jewellery for many years now. I first noticed it when just walking in the old part of Hoi An and it caught my eye as standing out from other shops. Everything is of a high standard and the staff are very helpful and not pushy. This year I took some old gold charms which were melted down by the wonderful designer jeweller they have. There is practically nothing this genius cant do. I liked a bangle I had tried on in a luxury designer shop in Tokyo. I gave them a photo of it which they copied perfectly. It is beautifully made and for a cost that is so reasonable compared to what you would pay in the UK. There was enough gold left so I was able to have a ring made in 9ct gold with zirconias set in. It looks just like the ring I saw in the ring in Bond Street in London. Mandy the owner will help you with the design and advise you. This time Mandy was away for the weekend so her wonderful assistant Ngoc helped me to sort the design. She was excellent and communicated so well with suggestions to improve the overall look. Only 3 days later the bangle was finished and the ring took 6 days. If you are in Hoi An and want something special call in at the beginning of your trip to give them time to do the job well. They have a fantastic selection of rings and necklaces you can buy and will alter the ring size if need be usually within a day or two.
