What is covered:
Defects in Materials and Craftsmanship: We guarantee our jewellery against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
What is not covered:
- Normal Wear and Tear: This includes scratches, dents, chips, and fading due to everyday use.
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, such as dropping or impact, is not covered.
- Abuse or Misuse: Damage caused by abuse, neglect, or misuse of the jewellery is not covered.
- Alterations: Alterations made by unauthorized individuals will void the warranty.
- International Shipping: We are unable to cover the cost of international shipping both ways for warranty repairs.
How to make a warranty claim:
- Please contact our Customer Care department at customercare@lotusjewellery-hoian.com to initiate a warranty claim.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a copy of your original purchase receipt and photos of the item.
- Email confirmation: Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by our in-house jewellery repair experts. We will confirm by email what practical next steps apply, including but not limited to:
- Authorizing shipment for Warranty Replacement of the item
- Requesting shipment for inspection and, at our discretion, repair or replacement of the item.
- Providing you with return shipping costs to be paid in advance by Paypal or other arrangements as may be approved.
