📍 Where does the workshop take place?
Our workshop is located behind our main showroom at 82 Tran Phu Street in Hoi An Ancient Town. Simply check in at the showroom when you arrive, where our team will welcome you before guiding you to the workshop.
💍 What can I expect during the workshop?
Whether you're travelling solo, as a couple, with friends, or as a family, our experienced artisans will guide you through
creating your own handcrafted sterling silver jewellery to take home the very same day.
❄️ Is the workshop air conditioned?
Yes. Our workshop is fully air conditioned, providing a cool and comfortable environment throughout your experience. Even during Hoi An's warmer months, you can enjoy creating your jewellery in a cool, comfortable environment.
🕓 What are the workshop hours and duration?
Our workshop operates daily from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Sessions are available throughout the day and last approximately 90 minutes, depending on your design and finishing details. Book online in advance or visit our showroom to check availability.
👥 How many people can join per session?
We welcome up to 10 guests per session, allowing our artisans to provide personal guidance while maintaining a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.
💰 How much does it cost?
Workshop Fee: USD $35 per person
Sterling silver is charged separately according to the weight of your finished design. Most rings require approximately USD $18–25 of silver, although larger or more intricate designs may use additional material.
Your host will always confirm the silver cost before you begin, so you'll know the total price in advance.
🎨 Can I bring a custom design?
Absolutely.
We recommend booking your preferred workshop time first, then visiting our main showroom at 82 Tran Phu Street before your session. Our design team will review your idea, confirm it's suitable for the workshop, discuss any additional costs if applicable, and prepare everything before you begin.
💍 Can beginners join?
Yes! No jewellery-making experience is required. Our friendly artisan team will guide you through every step, making this a fun and rewarding experience for beginners and experienced creatives alike.
🧰 What’s included?
All tools, soldering equipment, polishing materials, and expert artisan guidance are included. You'll complete each stage yourself with guidance from our team and leave with your own handcrafted sterling silver piece. Our staff are also happy to help take photos during your experience.
✨ How do I care for my sterling silver jewellery?
Sterling silver naturally develops a light tarnish over time, especially in humid climates or when exposed to perfumes, lotions, chlorine, or salt water. This is completely normal and can easily be restored.

With proper care, your handcrafted sterling silver jewellery will remain beautiful for many years. Silver polishing cloths are also available for purchase in our showroom.
🔄 Can I cancel or reschedule?
We understand travel plans sometimes change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking. We simply ask that you provide as much notice as possible, ideally at least four hours before your scheduled workshop.
